The VBN is close. Our central customer and subscriber centers are available for you in Bremen, Bremerhaven and Oldenburg. Our transport companies, many travel agencies, selected retailers or even the kiosk around the corner complete the personal contact in the VBN area.
You will find your nearest personal VBN sales point under the menu item “Trip Planner”. Then click the items “VBN Booking Offices” at the top right under “Map Options”. Separately, you will obtain an overview of all VBN customer and subscriber centres, other booking offices near you or all ticket machines, including BOB, in the VBN area.
