SingleTickets (EinzelTickets)
The perfect ticket for occasional travellers: SingleTicket (EinzelTicket) or 4x SingleTicket for short (KurzstreckenTicket) or long trips, large, small and dog, block of 10x SingleTicket Bremen/Bremerhaven, 10x Pupils' Tickets (10erTickets für Schüler) BSAG/BREMERHAVEN BUS and SingleTicket for the town centre area of Delmenhorst (CityTicket Delmenhorst). Small children up to 5 years inclusive as well as dogs up to the size of a domestic cat in a closed container travel for free. Children from 6 to 14 years with the reduced SingleTicket for Kids (Kinder-EinzelTicket), young people from 15 are considered adults.

SingleTicket Child:
For children and young persons from 6 to 14 years of age (inclusive). From the age of 12 upwards, photographic ID must be carried as proof of age. For a large dog on a leash, a SingleTicket Child must be purchased.

SingleTicket, 4x SingleTicket and SingleTicket for Kids:
Valid in all local public transport buses, trams and trains in the VBN area within the Price Level and fare zones that you have purchased.
10x SingleTicket Bremen/Bremerhaven:
Valid on all local public transport buses, trams and trains for the Price Level I Bremen (10x SingleTicket Bremen) and Price Level I Bremerhaven (10x SingleTicket Bremerhaven).
Period of Validity
Valid for a single trip.
For a trip to a destination, SingleTickets and 4x SingleTicket of Price Level I Bremen, Delmenhorst, Nordenham and Verden and of Price Levels A and S are valid for three hours, Price Levels B to G for four hours and of Price Level H until the destination is reached on the day the ticket is validated (until 3 am on the following day). SingleTickets and 4x SingleTicket of Price Level I Bremerhaven and Oldenburg and 10x SingleTicket Bremerhaven are also valid within 90 minutes for return trips. 10x SingleTicket Bremen are valid for 3 hours for a trip to a destination.
You can change as often as you like in the above-mentioned periods. Interruptions to a trip are also permitted within the times stated.

Comments on the fare areas
1. Price Level I (Bremen) = For trips within and between Bremen-City and Bremen-North irrespective of the means of transport used.
2. Price Level A–H = The price for all other trips is based on the number of fare zones travelled through. If you are travelling within one municipality (fare zone), for example Worpswede, you will pay Price Level A for your trip. If you travel through two zones, for example from Zeven to Tarmstedt, Price Level B applies. For a trip through three fare zones Price Level C applies. You can travel through the entire VBN area with Price Level H.
3. Price Level S = For trips between Bremen and the immediate surrounding area in Lower Saxony, for example Bremen – Lilienthal or Bremen-North – Schwanewede.
Conditions
Pupils in the age of 15 and over can only use this ticket if they are in possession of a customer card with a photo and the note "pupil" (customer card for young people). You can view or print out the application here: Customer card for young people

10x Pupils' Tickets BSAG:
Valid in all BSAG buses and trams within the Bremen city area (Bremen and Bremen-North).
10x Pupils' Tickets BREMERHAVEN BUS:
Valid for all of BREMERHAVEN BUS buses within the Bremerhaven municipal area.
Period of Validity
10x Pupils' Tickets BSAG:
Valid for a single trip. 10x Pupils' Tickets BSAG are valid for three hours for a trip to a destination.
10x Pupils' Tickets BREMERHAVEN BUS:
Also valid for return trips within 90 minutes;
The passenger can change route as many times as he or she wants in the above-mentioned periods. Interruptions to a trip are also permitted within the times stated.

Comments on the Fare Areas
1. Price Level I (Bremen) = For trips within and between Bremen-City and Bremen-North irrespective of the means of transport used.
Area and duration of validity
Valid for one trip – boarding stop plus three more stops – on all local public transport buses and trams in the VBN area. Breaks in journeys are not permitted.
In Bremen:
- you can change between BSAG buses and trams, but only to make a direct connecting trip. A break in the journey is not permitted.
- the ShortTripTicket Regio is valid on the regional bus routes between the specially marked stops. Breaks in journeys and changes are not permitted.
The short trip fare does not apply:
- on express bus routes and S tram routes within Bremen, or on trains.
- on routes or parts of journeys of regional bus routes with considerable distances between stops, for example if the journey involves the use of a motorway.
- The VBN ShortTripTicket does not apply in Bremerhaven (fare zone 250) or Delmenhorst (fare zone 709/710). Here we have other attractive offers for you, such as the CityTicket Delmenhorst and the SingleTicket in Bremerhaven, which is valid for 90 minutes for outbound and return journeys.
- Information on the stops between which the ShortTrip regulation applies or does not apply can be found via the trip planner at vbn.de. If the ShortTripTicket is displayed there for a connection, it can be used for the connection.
