Delete FahrPlaner User Account

You can delete your FahrPlaner user account at any time from app version 7. Please remember that deleting your account is permanent. Upon completion of this process, you will no longer have access to your saved data, settings and previously purchased tickets (e.g. Deutschland-Ticket, Niedersachsen-Ticket).

Step 1

Switch to the profile settings of the ticket area (blue arrow). You must be logged in.

Step 2

Click on “Delete Account” (blue arrow).

Step 3

You will be asked if you really want to delete your account. Click “Delete Account”.

Step 4

You will receive an email to the email address with which you are registered in the FahrPlaner. If you click on the link in the email, your account will be deleted. A deleted account cannot be restored.
